Knight Imaging offers service and support on our range of couches, trolleys and chairs. We carry out one-off service calls, yearly preventative maintenance visits as well as offering support contracts.

Preventative Maintenance and Breakdown Response

Planned Preventative Maintenance

Our trained engineers service your chairs ensuring that any potential issues are spotted and acted upon before they become a problem.
We typically carry out these types of services across entire departments – inspecting and adjusting then preparing a report which identifies potential issues, ensuring the best possible lifetime of your chairs. We will always arrange visits in advance to ensure a swift turnaround and to minimize disruption to your ward or department.

A preventative maintenance visit can be arranged whenever you think you need to have your equipment inspected and checked for faults or potential future problems. Just get in touch to discuss your equipment and make a booking.

Breakdown Response

We endeavour to provide a prompt response and can provide parts for all the couches, chairs, imaging tables and trolleys in the range, Knight Imaging is ideally placed to diagnose and repair in a prescribed timeframe.

    Parts and Repairs

    Hit with a breakdown out of the blue? Call us.

    With our team of experienced engineers, Knight Imaging is ideally placed to diagnose and repair in the event of an equipment failure. 

    Are you a support contract customer? Let us know what the problem is and getting your equipment back up and running will be cost-free to your department for component failure. Damage from misuse is not covered under this policy. 
    We will diagnose the fault over the phone and get an engineer out to you as quickly as possible to get things back in order.

    Upholstery Service

    Damaged or worn out pad sections on specialist patient chairs and couches can compromise even the most rigorous infection control programmes.

    To help meet the challenge of keeping your department's chairs and couches in a serviceable condition, and in line with both infection control and budgetry requirements, Knight Imaging provide a replacement pad service for damaged or worn out pad sections on both products from our range as well as other brands. After all, why discard a serviceable chair or couch when all it may require is a new pad.

      Support Contracts

      Here for the long haul.

      Knight Imaging offer support contracts on equipment for up to three years.

      Our support contracts include a yearly preventative maintenance visit to ensure that your equipment is fully serviceable. We also ensure that if a problem arises
      in between our yearly visits, an engineer will be dispatched as soon as possible to get your equipment up and running again.

      No limits on call outs, no charging for parts and a priority service for support contract customers. This contract is not only the most cost effective way
      to safeguard against any long periods of downtime for your equipment, but also to protect your department from any unforeseen costs.

      We cover a range of equipment, including but not limited to couches, chairs, imaging tables and nuclear medicine.
