Are you a support contract customer? Let us know what the problem is and getting your equipment back up and running will be cost-free to your department for component failure. Damage from misuse is not covered under this policy.

Damaged or worn out pad sections on specialist patient chairs and couches can compromise even the most rigorous infection control programmes.
To help meet the challenge of keeping your department's chairs and couches in a serviceable condition, and in line with both infection control and budgetry requirements, Knight Imaging provide a replacement pad service for damaged or worn out pad sections on both products from our range as well as other brands. After all, why discard a serviceable chair or couch when all it may require is a new pad.

Knight Imaging offer support contracts on equipment for up to three years.
Our support contracts include a yearly preventative maintenance visit to ensure that your equipment is fully serviceable. We also ensure that if a problem arises
in between our yearly visits, an engineer will be dispatched as soon as possible to get your equipment up and running again.
No limits on call outs, no charging for parts and a priority service for support contract customers. This contract is not only the most cost effective way
to safeguard against any long periods of downtime for your equipment, but also to protect your department from any unforeseen costs.
